About JP Nichols

A series of journals to explore recovery from personal experience.

After long hours in treatment, therapy, meetings, support groups, workshops and writing in recovery journals, I wanted to create a simple, uncomplicated, while not overwhelming, way to start healing. This can be a safe place where you can nurture your inner-self without judgement or criticism.

I tried to give you a look into my own journey and share a few thoughts in recovery. My only wish for you is to find freedom in healing. We can and we do recover. I am in long-term recovery and continue to share my “experience, strength and hope”. Today, I share these books as a gift of hope. I volunteer my time at jail, work with the homeless, family shelter and wherever else I can, when I can. Not to gain praise but to stay humble, be of service, grow, enjoy freedom and live a life in gratitude and love. It is a Miracle and a Blessing to be alive today, may you also find peace and serenity as you begin this journey!!
